I have the luxury of being able to drive to spring anytime I want. Just a half hour from palm trees, but there's snow on the ground around my house as I type. Vermont is undeniably the superior state, but California has its advantages sometimes.
Actually, we are having our January thaw right now. Temps in the 50's and short sleeve shirts yesterday! I'm sure it won't last though.
