Green-Up Day
Some of the kids and I picked up the sides of the road this morning for Green-Up Day. It's amazing the trash and junk people toss out the windows of their cars. They just don't care. The weather was not the best. Very windy and cloudy. It had just barely stopped raining and we were cold and wet by the time we finished.

It does look very bleak and uninviting up there. I'm glad our family still does this even though we aren't the ones generating the trash. Happy Birthday Mom!
